I have used Humberts York Office to both sell and buy a cottage. Trying to co-ordinate the two operations at the same time was not easy, but Philip managed the whole process with consummate skill, patience and humour and all parties had a successful and happy outcome. Debbie in the office was unfailingly courteous and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and will certainly use them again.

We have used the York Office of Humberts twice to buy and sell . On both occasions Philip Proctor and his lovely staff have been superb . They are really good at keeping tabs on the transactions after a sale/purchase is agreed. This is not so with an awful lot of other agents ! They make the whole process of house sales and purchase less stressful and we can highly recommend them.
