23rd Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)As Trustees of my recently deceased Fathers will and estate they are refusing to manage his estate. I was advised by telephone that the senior partners advise of not doing 'conflict'. No further explanation than this. A very disloyal response for the thousands of pounds my father spent over his lifetime with this company. I have now been referred to the SLCC by the Law Society.

They answered all emails and phonecalls immediately and were always on the top of things, especially important as we were based in a different city. We even completed the house purchase earlier than we expected. Thanks so much for your invaluable help!
16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.
