Ross and Mia in particular were excellent - Ross was calling me more than I was him keeping my fully updated and assistance beyond what I would expect/felt was typical was offered when there were problems with the property not relating to the sale. A big thank you to all involved and very grateful indeed. Ultimately a sale was agreed at a fair price and everyone is happy. Very good indeed. Sadly I don't have any other business in the area otherwise I would definitely be back to them!!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've never dealt with a more dishonest company. They valued my home years ago, at a low value which was fine. A lot of work had been done since then. When I actually went to them to list it, Ash came out to give an estimate. We agreed 375k with a view to get 350k. I went back and forth with Ian about getting pictures done. We arranged a time and they were a no show. With the level of work getting it prepared, what a disaster. I said you never showed up, and Ian was very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. He said we didn't have an appointment which I had confirmation in an email. I ignored that, we were done with them, and we went on with the company we were with. Fast forward 2 months, we're trying to get a deal done, and someone called them saying they were an investor looking at our property, and Stonebridge said they'd value it at 260k! Less then they had done years ago, and certainly less than the value Ash gave me when he visited our house recently. I can't even understand why they would give that information to a 3rd party, and certainly done out of spite as we did not give them the listing. They ruined the deal we had based on lies. The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property. I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. I am thankful I chose them .

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Allen & Harris Frome, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I was not informed that the buyer had pulled out of the purchase, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. This crucial information was withheld, and it was only through my persistent inquiries that I found out about the buyer’s withdrawal. Allen and Harris simply stopped responding to any and all communication. Additionally, the photos taken of my property were of very poor quality with water marks and blown out colours. Professionalism was sorely lacking in this regard, and it felt as though minimal effort was put into presenting my property well. Moreover, the manager was unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was evident that customer service and satisfaction were not priorities. Overall, my experience with Allen & Harris Frome was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent. Avoid at all costs!

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

10th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Very approachable people. Lisa and Holly have been great. All viewings have been accompanied and feedback has been prompt and useful. We have had to reduce asking price on a couple of occasions and all marketing has been amended immediately. Impressed.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.

30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)The photos of my contents of a flat I sold through this company 2 years ago are being used to resell the flat which I no longer own ! I was not asked if they could do this and despite asking them to be removed have had no response and the photos remain This is not acceptable Poor customer care I was not impressed when I sold through them and would not recommend using them I have bought and sold through different agents in the past 12 times and this was my least favourite experience Buy through this agent but use another to sell would be my advice

She has been at the end of the phone and email when needed and answered my many many questions very promptly. Steff was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble.
