16th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.
4th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Tor Estates dealt with the sale of our parents’ house following their demise, so it was a rather sad time for us. However, Neil and Holly handled the situation with empathy and helped to ease the process. The sale didn’t go as smoothly as was expected due to issues at the bottom of the chain but Holly was “on the case” every day liaising with solicitors etc and keeping us updated. In our opinion they are a very efficient, professional company and we would highly recommend them.
20th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)The whole team have been brilliant. We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!
5th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've never dealt with a more dishonest company. They valued my home years ago, at a low value which was fine. A lot of work had been done since then. When I actually went to them to list it, Ash came out to give an estimate. We agreed 375k with a view to get 350k. I went back and forth with Ian about getting pictures done. We arranged a time and they were a no show. With the level of work getting it prepared, what a disaster. I said you never showed up, and Ian was very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. He said we didn't have an appointment which I had confirmation in an email. I ignored that, we were done with them, and we went on with the company we were with. Fast forward 2 months, we're trying to get a deal done, and someone called them saying they were an investor looking at our property, and Stonebridge said they'd value it at 260k! Less then they had done years ago, and certainly less than the value Ash gave me when he visited our house recently. I can't even understand why they would give that information to a 3rd party, and certainly done out of spite as we did not give them the listing. They ruined the deal we had based on lies. Avoid at all cost!

29th Dec 2024 (27 days ago)Excellent service from day one, everyone in the office knew who I was and which was my property. Communication was very good as they kept me updated. even if there was no news they would still ring weekly to tell me about the market.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 12th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)The biggest disappointment for us to use these people. Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid. 4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!! No feelings whatsoever, or people skills. Horrendous experience.
31st Jul 2024 (25 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
