They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! If you are thinking of selling your property, I cannot recommend DOMVS highly enough.

6th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had a difficult sale of a Grade 2 listed property in a courtyard setting which I entrusted to Symonds and Sampson. It took time but the whole team in the Sherborne office were excellent, always accessible, always friendly and they put a lot of effort to find the right buyer. - which they did. A trustworthy and professional estate agency I don’t hesitate to recommend.

The communication is excellent, I could always talk to a member of the team and staff are proactive in updating and sharing information. Alex and the team have excellent relationships with other local professionals such a solicitors and mortgage brokers which means that the sale and purchase was able to complete promptly. Staff are friendly and respectful and have exceptional knowledge of the local market. The marketing of our home was of excellent quality and they truly took the time to understand our requirements and budget, finding us a new home that we love!

17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Terrible customer service, had rats and mice in the house which took them weeks to sort. No credit checks on residents and even had the landlord and his family move in with us for a few weeks while they were renovating the house without any warning. The landlord even verbally attacked me when confronted to which Martin and co did nothing about, instead the evicted me. Terrible experience all round

15th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)If I could give them zero I would. We used Edward’s for about 6 years to manage our rental property. We live abroad so it’s hard for us to ever see our property empty. I managed to see it after 6 years and I cried. Pure neglect. Mainly down to Edwards not caring about ensuring a tenant handed the property back as they find it. If you’re a tenant, probably the best agents in town, they will let you get away without tidying/cleaning/gardening or generally looking after the property, they will not keep your deposit or check for damage etc when you move out. If you have pets even better, you won’t need to pick up your dog mess or clean the carpets when leaving. My neighbours tell me they scan the property for 2 minutes max once a tenant leaves. Landlords - avoid at all costs, it will cost you a fortune to repair Edwards lack of due diligence and care. They were supposed to be managing the property, I’m not sure they know what that means.

We bought and sold our house through them and both processes were seamless and stress-free. They got us a great price for our house and the sale was completed quickly. 5 star service. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I already have recommended her to some of my customers who are looking to sell their houses. She had such amazing energy and was so lovely we genuinely felt lucky to have met her. Nothing was/is too much trouble any time of day we had anything to ask Tracey was available and happy to help. You could tell that they actually cared for their sellers and always had their interest as their primary focus. Again I cannot speak highly enough of Hive, the sale progression side was great, they kept me posted all the way though. Thank you so much

He acted quickly with queries as they arose during the solicitor phase and kept everyone updated efficiently - he excels in communicating clearly and openly. At times, Charlie seemed to be the only one with his finger on the pulse and kept things moving . Nothing phased him and he always responded to any issues I had quickly. He was present to hand over the keys and to escort us round to ensure we knew where everything was. As a consequence of Charlie's skills and expertise he made the transition from sale, to purchase through to actually owning my lovely new home all the more pleasurable. I cannot praise him enough!
