Trudi Gumbrell of SYMONDS AND SAMPSON is the most amazing agent I have come across. Caring, considerate, upbeat, totally taking into consideration our unique circumstances. Nothing defeats her. Never have I known a person to work so hard on behalf of someone they had only met virtually. Trudi Gumbrell has gone above and beyond and I owe her my deepest gratitude and thanks. I have had contact with other agents, but can say universally, they really didn't care - no interest in personal circumstances, just a tick box exercise, and even when owners cajoled them to please do something, it was still a "barely could be bothered" response. Trudi Gumbrell and Symonds & Sampson - if you're renting out a property, she is your person. If you're looking to rent a property, she is the absolute best, and you are in caring hands.
