Had to leave a star to leave feedback but they deserve no stars. Absolutely appalling estate agents. With the exception of one staff member (Lizzie) the Cromer team and Regional manager are incompetent, deceitful, rude and unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and their mistakes cost us buying our dream house. Avoid! I will be taking legal action.
I decided to use Henleys property letting services in January 2019 and sign up to the full management package. Within one week a suitable tenant was located, a contract signed and the property occupied on the 25th of January, a most satisfactory outcome, far exceeding anything agents have achieved for me before.
I am writing to inform you of how satisfied i am with this arrangement. On the 15th of March Pamela, the Lettings Manager informed me that the tenants had problems with the shower and oven and requested my permission to proceed which was granted. That very same day she arranged for an electrician to call who ordered a new element for the oven, and a part for the shower at a most reasonable cost, to be fitted as soon as they arrived within the next few days. This problem is now been resolved to every ones complete satisfaction. Happy landlord, satisfied tenant!

I would like to thank Pamela for the first rate service she provided me with which resulted in reliable tenants taking occupation of my property within two weeks of it being advertised. The friendly, helpful and highly professional services offered enabled me to completely switch off from all the hassle and paperwork involved in checking & locating new tenants. Meter readings, inventories and property condition reports also lightened my burden. I shall be in touch again the moment any of my properties require a new tenant.

I had a great experience of a house viewing in Langham today. Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and a very friendly individual. A very different experience from other estate agents that I have had in the past.
