From the beginning, they took the time to understand my needs and provided solutions that exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept informed at every step. They handled challenges efficiently and always followed through on their commitments. The team members were very good.
7th Dec 2024 (10 weeks ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.
25th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)As a first time renter, I was very apprehensive about the process of moving house (and pretty clueless aswell) but Abbots have been amazing, and made the process a complete breeze. Everything has happened at a fast pace, and any questions or doubts I may have had have been completely put to rest. I'd like to give a huge thanks to Abbots (and Mackenzie in particular) for the amazing service, and for the genuine care and effort put into helping me move into my first home.

Negotiator Paul Witherspoon kept me up to date with everything going on with the sale which I greatly appreciated as well, Pictures looked great as well!

They are all very professional - we had quite a difficult sale but Hannie was superb and kept us informed throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

15th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)So far great experience, very attractive rates but no less quality. They gave us the best valuation compared to others which wanted to put house on market for much less than what it was worth. TNA had the same vision as us and saw the effort we have put into the property. Conclusion - we had an offer in less than 3 days for the full asking price.

Over the course of the time marketing the property and negotiating the deal, the team were always informative and supportive. Laura, one of the Senior Property Specialists showed the buyers around and brokered the deal and was pleased as were the other team members when a sale was achieved. You were dealt with as individuals with a back story and not just another property on the books. I would highly recommend.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it.
