15th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

It made what could have been a difficult experience run extremely smoothly - so far! We received 3 offers within a week of the house going on the market.

22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)This is the most unethical and rip off maintenance company I have ever come across. Their ridiculously inflated fees, constant charges for letters, lack of flexibility, lack of ANY ACTUAL maintenance, have forced me to start my own maintenance company and all of the residents in the building of flats have verbally agreed to sign a petition replacing them. If I could turn back time I would have never purchased a property that is build on their land. It’s disturbing that they are legally allowed to continue operating.
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

19th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely appalling company. I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.
