16th Apr 2025 (6 days ago)We visited Wilson Thomas, Broadstone, back in October 2024 on our hunt for our first property. They happened to have something that looked fantastic on paper and Wendy kindly organised a viewing with the seller the very same day! This was the first and only property we viewed and ended up making offer the following day which was accepted! Thereafter, we were taken under Daisy’s wing to start the buying process. She did a fantastic job start to finish. Great communication and contact was picked up where needed by other members of the team, who were just as pleasant and reassuring as Daisy. There was always someone at the end of the phone. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, local Estate Agents who are good at what they do too!

The Domus team in Wareham, Alison Owens and Trisha Ashby-Rudd, who succeeded in selling my property in Bere Regis were absolutely fabulous from the start to the end of the process. Realistic about the price to ask for and making everything work when I, the client, was beginning to despair. Selling a listed cottage in a conservation area turned out to be even more difficult than I feared it would be. But Domus worked the necessary miracles. I am one super happy customer/client.

The service was very professional walking me through the process with ease from start to finish. I would recommend and definitely use their services again.
2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

22nd Mar 2025 (4 weeks ago)A little disappointed to find the flat I viewed on Tuesday has a “Let Agreed” on and taken down from Rightmove without a word or courtesy email/call to say I wasn’t considered as a tenant. I get there is VERY high demand in rentals but what’s even more disheartening and deflating for potential tenants is not only the immense competition out there against other potentials, but the viewing, putting interest forward and completing forms is all time consuming to then find it’s been taken down without letting those that viewed know first :(

6th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.
