We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

Nevertheless we received an outstanding service from David Bell who worked tirelessly to oil the wheels of our purchase. On more than one occasion we received calls from him well after the office had closed, to reassure us of something or to impart some information he had discovered. Many thanks to David and the team.
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)with advice I was able to accept an offer on my property within days of advertising it and they also put me in touch with other agents who were offering the type of property I was looking to buy. Just now waiting for solicitors to complete their work
9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Corbens in Swanage have been amazing selling our House and keeping me calm. They are like a warm blanket and nothing was too much trouble for them. I went in probably every other day stressing about nothing really and they were wonderful. All of them work together like a lovely family. I dealt with Kelly mainly who is completely knowledgeable about the whole process and the solicitors role. She was like my therapist too.

Harriet was superb in her dealings with us.- 9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had a valuation today from Paul Barron of Connells Weymouth…… I was very impressed. He arrived on time, was impeccably dressed and polite and also asked if it was ok and then removed his footwear as he entered my property…. What a gent ! He had obviously been working hard since I booked the appointment. I thought he would just turn up , look around and give a market “ guestemate ” !!!! He produced a dossier of other properties that were recently on the market, similar to mine and of what value they were on for and on what the initial selling price was and time periods of sale. So I could get a guide of the current market situation. He explained what Connells was all about and also future costs if I decided to go ahead with them , and put my property on the actual market. There was no pushyness, no sales pitch, just straight honest information, making me feel at ease in what can be a daunting situation. If you can’t decide what estate agent to choose, as there are quite a few in Weymouth. I would definitely suggest you give Connells a try. In my opinion 100% professional. Pleasure to meet you Paul. You are a credit to the company. Thanks for your help. Wayne.

6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
