The Domus team in Wareham, Alison Owens and Trisha Ashby-Rudd, who succeeded in selling my property in Bere Regis were absolutely fabulous from the start to the end of the process. Realistic about the price to ask for and making everything work when I, the client, was beginning to despair. Selling a listed cottage in a conservation area turned out to be even more difficult than I feared it would be. But Domus worked the necessary miracles. I am one super happy customer/client.
9th Jan 2024 (10 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

I cannot but praise Mathew for the excellent service he has provided throughout the purchase, queries, concerns I had, which were all handled very promptly and professionally. I will continue dealings through Mathew Dixon in future and do happily refer Mathew as an excellent agent. Best wishes.
2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

From the very beginning, Ashley and the other colleagues in the office were incredibly professional and made the whole process very easy, especially for us that we were first time buyers. What truly stood out to us was their responsiveness. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, they were quick to provide thorough answers. Communication was first class, they were transparent and proactive with getting the property sale over the line. Special mention to Mark and Jake for their support. However, everyone in the team was very friendly and helpful.

From the outset, the team - Mark, Beth, Sam and Jackie - were helpful and attentive and, along the way, with the inevitable issues involved in purchasing a home, they were understanding, wise, patient and efficient. It was a joyful day when I collected both the keys and a complimentary bottle of bubbly from the office and a month later I am more than thrilled with my beautiful cottage.
