7th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)After two years living in quite and nice area using our agent Webster and Darby,we never have any issue with Sami or Polly,the only issue was wash machine replacement and in 2, 3 days they sort it for us.Both always offers help and advice if we need.We will miss you and best wishes in feature.

5th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later.
We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.

I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. We had Gemma as our agent throughout and she couldn't have done any more for us if she tried, she made the stressful experience of moving house so much easier and helped us so much, from advise, to mediating between all the relevant parties, she was fantastic.

27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Im still waiting for my holding deposit I paid 2 years ago on a property the that was ceased by the landlord from the previous seller due to non payment of rent. Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.

20th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property.
1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven.
2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails.
3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy.
4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful.
5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility
Would not recommend at all.
I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
