Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.... I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.... Read more
