6th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. It is disgusting.

23rd Dec 2025 (5 mo. ago)Been an awful experience with Ben and Dominic. Looked at leasing a property and put in offers. They then switched to sell the commercial property. Put offers in at 25% over asking price and they came back saying it must be a minimum of 50% over asking! Totally unprofessional and misleading with advertised prices. Waste of 4 months.

7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!
