From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...

27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)"I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! 20th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)From day 1, Kalpesh gave me the assurance that a first time landlord would need, he was a confident, knowledgable and friendly agent that I turned down offers from the other agents without hesitation. The whole process of finishing tenants, referencing and check in took less than two weeks and while I was travelling! Kalpesh did a great job finding tenants that I’m really pleased with.

14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY
