6th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Not impressed at all. They cancelled 2 viewings that I had agreed with them. A very lame excuse was made for the first cancellation but they just cancelled the second viewing without giving me a reason. I wonder if they told their clients who had instructed them to try and sell their property for them, that they were turning down viewings from prospective purchasers!!

Rob is very attentive and keeps you in the loop, he has very good local knowledge too. Rob handled the sale of our house recently excellently and kept the buyers on board despite them having to wait a long time to complete. I highly recommend using Peter Mulcahy.
20th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.
