31st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Maisie was very professional helped us with every detail even she was waiting on us while we were stuck on traffic.
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Very impressed with their service from the valuation, presentation of my property up to the sale. During this time communication and help from their staff was excellent. Would recommend their services to anyone who wants to sell their property.
23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The team at the Heath office are a credit to H&C - not once was an email or call ignored and always answered in a friendly manner and utter professionalism, particularly when my property sale fell through once during my listing with H&C.
Big shout out to Gina and Annamarie who were always there when needed, you’re stars!- 4th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)I can’t recommend Sophie enough! From the very first viewing, she made the whole experience feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely personal.
Sophie showed me the property and took the time to walk me through every detail, from the layout and features to the little things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. She was thorough, patient, and diligent, and never made me feel rushed. Her honest guidance played a real part in helping me make my final decision, and I felt confident in that choice because of her.
What stood out most was how much she cared. She treated me as a person, not just another tenant or a deal to close. She presented the property and the landlord, while she made sure I was comfortable, informed, and happy with my options. That kind of care is rare, and it made all the difference.
Sophie is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated to her clients. Mogine James Agency is lucky to have her on the team !
6th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We had property viewing today with Lucy Warden. Her Professionalism and friendly approach was top-notch. She respond to our various questions with a positive vibe which made the viewing worthwhile and the property worth having. xxx
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser.
They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Really appreciate Aleesha’s help throughout the whole process.
29th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Hi ,viewed property still no feed back cardiff bay taylors .and asked contact landlord .lady was suppose ring us back no call.treatment of response was terriable from this lady .still no call .
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Abbas Sohail is an extremely polite, informative and hardworking agent. He answered all our questions in an efficient manner and got the best deal for us! He is a credit to the company! Thanks for your hard work Abbas!
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Sarah Jones is a credit to your organisation, she dealt with things in a prompt manner, went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly and above all she treated me with respect and like family every time I saw her. 10 Stars would be a better rating than the 5 I'm allowed here. Thank you Sarah!
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Would highly recommend Northwood. They have been great throughout the whole buying and selling process. Paris has been exceptional and is always willing to answer your calls and speak to you when you have a question. Even when she’s not available, the rest of the team know exactly what’s going on and can help out.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I'm a student and was looking for housing for my second year. I'm the first in my family to apply for university and so I had no idea of the process or anything that was meant to happen. However, Elen guided us through the whole process and simplified everything to exactly what we needed and helped explain what everything meant. She was so reassuring and helpful, even aiding us in a better deposit process to help out with pricing due to the fact we are students. She also helped set up a Whatsapp to aid in our uploading of documents in order to limit our confusion during the entire process and really helped us understand what was required. She also made sure each of us had a tenancy contract of our own emailed to us to ensure we had all the information we needed to aid in completing our application. The dogs were also super friendly and lovely, and actually quite stress-reliving for such a stressful day as a student. I would 100% recommend this estate agents for any students, they have been so helpful, and thank you so much to Elen for being so super helpful- we had a wonderful cookie party afterwards!!!
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Richard Tatham and the team at Tathams did a fantastic job selling my house. After a very difficult experience with another estate agent, who had been unable to progress the sale over 18 months, Richard and Catrin took on a challenging situation with professionalism, patience and understanding.
They handled everything with great care and tact, kept things moving despite the difficulties involved, and ultimately achieved a successful sale. Their support throughout made an incredibly stressful situation much easier, and I’m so grateful for everything they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard and the team at Tathams to anyone looking to sell their property.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience trying to arrange viewings with this agency. Sent multiple emails and portal enquiries regarding an advertised property, all of which were completely ignored without a single response or callback. It is deeply frustrating as a proceedable buyer to be shut out of viewings, and it does a huge disservice to their vendors whose homes aren't being shown to interested purchasers. If you want transparent communication and proactive agents, look elsewhere."
30th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Excellent service, nothing to much trouble, always ready to help

20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I recently used the Llantwit Major office for the sale of a property and couldn't have been happier with the service provided.
Matt and Christine were excellent throughout, making the whole process remarkably straightforward and requiring very little input from me. They were professional, efficient and helpful, keeping everything moving smoothly and taking care of matters without any unnecessary fuss.
As a landlord, I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and I particularly appreciated Matt's straightforward, no-nonsense approach. No unnecessary sales talk or empty promises, just honest, practical advice and, importantly, doing exactly what he said he would do. Christine was equally excellent, keeping me well informed throughout the sale and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.
It was exactly the sort of service I had hoped for when choosing an agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt, Christine and the team at the Llantwit Major office to anyone looking to sell their property.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Over promise the service they will provide on selling your property, once you are signed up and locked in all these promises disappear and they are pretty unhelpful. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
10th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Craig Jefferies was an absolute superstar helping us with buying our home in Sully. From start to finish he was extremely organised, kept in touch every step of the way and also just very lovely to deal with. We had a very tight timescale to work with and if it wasn’t for Craig, the process wouldn’t have happened on our purchase. He went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful to him and the wider team at David Baker. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you very much!
10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The lady I dealt with was so rude and abrupt, I called from another estate agent to discuss something on behalf of my client, she completely disregarded me no manners or respect at all. I wouldn’t want to imagine how she communicates with customers, disgraceful
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Great company to work with and very professional.
Would recommend anyone looking to buy or rent to make contact with the girls in the office
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Great experience, our house sold in 2 weeks after being on sale for 6 months with a different estate agent, James in particular was very helpful and professional.- 6th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Katie and Aron have been super-attentive and incredibly quick at turning around a vacancy. Service is so good it never crosses my mind to use anyone else.
1st May 2026 (6 mo. ago)Extremely poor service. Wasted months of my time not being able to close a potential purchase of a property. Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……- 19th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We viewed 2 houses with Steph from the Albany Road branch. She was absolutely lovely! So friendly yet professional and was up for a chat about the houses. She was honest about one of the houses and that made us feel comfortable and that we learnt about it together. She even called back up the next day to get feedback on the houses and to chat about spiders in one of the gardens that we all instantly pointed out! Lovely women and anyone would be lucky to have her show them houses. Hope to see you again soon and help us find the right one for us!
- 9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We wanted to say thank you to David Lovitt who showed us around our first home and was our contact at Peter Alan during the house buying process. Despite acting for the seller, he was always at the other end of the phone during what turned into quite a complex sale. We appreciated his experience, professionalism, and patience. Having dealt with many dodgey estate agents, it made a huge difference dealing directly with David and we are now settled in our new home. Thank you!
