Having just sold our property through Thomas Merrifield’s Didcot branch, I think a five-star review is thoroughly deserved. Ours was a less-than-straightforward transaction and took rather a long time to complete, through absolutely no fault of Thomas Merrifield. Throughout the process, we spoke with various members of the team, all of whom were understanding, helpful and willing to pick things up when needed, particularly during periods of holiday and leave. I must specifically thank Jamie and Nick for all their hard work throughout. Without their persistence and involvement, I genuinely think the transaction may not have happened at all. Jamie in particular was exceptionally hardworking and simply would not let a sub-standard conveyancer get away with poor work (nothing to do with Thomas Merrifield or ourselves, I should add!). He chased tenaciously, kept the pressure on and did everything he could to keep things moving. A huge thank you to Jamie, Nick and the wider Didcot team (Jenny, James to name a few!) for getting what was at times a very frustrating transaction over the line.
