Emma Durcan approached me and has been responsible for the smooth running of all the procedures needed . The management and accounts team have been charming and efficient too. Its been a pleasure to do business with them and I can not recommend Davis Tate highly enough

Charlie was warm and professional from the start, and kept the sale on the rails at times when it looked like it might fall off. In all the ways that our solicitors were not helping, Charlie helped to the bridge the gap and keep everyone informed. Would happily recommend Connells to family and friends.

They handled all arrangements perfectly, making the start of our tenancy stress-free. 7th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

5th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)At the beginning of my tenancy, the agency seemed very professional and attentive, but unfortunately, my experience changed towards the end. It became clear that they were more focused on representing the landlord’s interests. If you are a landlord, I’m sure they will do a great job for you. However, as a tenant, I cannot say I had the best experience. My advice to future tenants is to document everything. After every phone call or interaction, follow up with an email summarizing the conversation. Trust me, you’ll need that paper trail.
14th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Strongly recommend the team at TM Wallingford led by Craig Kirkman. No nonsense, down to earth and experienced approach leveraging broad local market knowledge. Action oriented, they get on with the job and set realistic goals based on market insight. Sold our property in Dorchester on Thames successfully in a timely manner. They may not be the least expensive option in the area but you get what you pay for.

4th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
