28th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Looking further afield at where i want to live which reaches the right balance and unfortunately everything on offer is too expensive for my income. Its a sad state of the country which is not really FennWrights fault but they are part of the industry so they needed to know and when challenged on this some became upset and brazen about that's just how it is. 625, for a admittedly well decorated but E graded EPC bedsit above your shop just is not acceptable. For that price you could have provided furniture and all the other stuff and i stand my ground that a fair rent would be an annual yield of 3 to 5 percent. Especially as the original maisonette above had been originally i believe social housing scheme which and then you then became the managing agents of. Turning the 2 bedroom maisonettes into single units was crazy. Now i suppose someone is without a living room and i bet the rent is exorbitant. Especially as you are the owners of the block somehow. I guess its who you know at Tendring.

Brian and Clare were really nice to work and always responded v quickly/ kept us updated throughout and despite a complicated conveyancing process they helped to keep the show on the road. 21st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Connells Estate Agents, and in particular Charlie Rose White, highly enough. They were truly exceptional in handling the sale of my father’s property. Sadly, my father passed away during the sales process, which meant the property had to go through probate. Despite this, Charlie had already secured buyers for the property, and thanks to the strong relationship she had built with both the buyers and myself, they chose to stay with us throughout the lengthy probate period. Charlie was an absolute godsend. Her deep knowledge of the entire process and her unwavering support were invaluable in helping me navigate the complexities of probate and dealing with solicitors. I am incredibly grateful for her expertise and compassion during such a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlie and her team at Connells. Without a doubt, I would turn to them again in the future.

He went above and beyond for us with the constant chasing up with solicitors and bridged the gap between us and our vendors making what is a very stressful time that much more easier. 19th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Due to the continued incompetence of this branches' sales manager, we were not able to purchase a home that we were making offers on, even when our offer was increased to the asking price, we had already secured a buyer for our own home and we had an AIP in place. However, due to this, we ended buying a house which is incomparably nicer than the one we tried to buy from Chancellors so it all worked quite nicely in the end. And that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

James imparticular went above and beyond to sort out two very messy and twice broken chains that we were a part of. After almost two, very frustrating years we finally moved and James was with us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Turner’s.

David and Tiffany were extremely hard working, proactive and helpful throughout the entire sale and purchase, from initial viewings / offers to completion. They were always happy to go the extra mile and generally very professional and a pleasure to work with.

She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!
