Contacted the landlord directly who claims that he hadn't heard a thing from Fenn Wright. Landlord rectified the problem next day. Fenn Wright take your money but fail to honour their contract or obligations

18th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)My mother recently sold her house in Henley through Hamptons. She had spent the previous year trying several other agents to no avail. When she approached Matt at the Henley office she was immediately impressed by his warm and professional manner. She felt confident that he would manage to complete the sale and with good reason as a few moths later the sale was agreed. Furthermore the experience was relatively stress free as Matt managed all parts in the chain and the process ran smoothly. She and I could not recommend this business highly enough.

Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

We dealt with a number of estate agents during our house sale and search, selling with other agents first. Winterbrooks were by far the best. Great peace of mind. Charlotte Nugent is thorough, detailed and practical. Highly recommend them.

The whole team was very supportive and jumped to help us find a new home very quickly. They were very informative, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. After explaining our situation to every estate agent in area, William Jones were the only ones who helped us out. Thank you to Jess and Harrison for everything!

They delivered a first rate service and most importantly, have a strong marketing reach which in my opinion puts them ahead of local competition.

We had a fixed objective and they never tried to change our mind or put any pressure, their advise was always impartial, their professionalism spotless. They had to deal with some difficult customers and helped to reach the best possible agreement once they found the right buyers. They are personable, warm, honest and have been always responsive when needed even during odd hours!! They also recommended the lawyers who were very very good. I cannot thank them enough. Thomas Merrifield in Wallingford is indeed a fantastic choice as estate agent.

She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!

13th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
