   Buyers perspective: we were constantly told that estate agents during the buying process are something to be cautious about, but Thomas Merrifield were incredible. We bought a house through them a couple of months ago, they made our journey so easier and were the least stressful part of the whole process. As a first time buyer, they spoke me through all my concerns and helped navigate solicitors and surveyors etc. George in particular was fantastic - we still speak about how great they were.    After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico.    We recently sold our house through Turners and have nothing but good things to say about them. We had a few false starts getting our house to market and Jeremy and the team were very patient, understanding and supportive of our situation. Once we found a buyer and a house they maintained communication, chased where necessary but were never pushy or insinuated we were asking too much of them. It is only the second time we have bought but it was a world away from the larger chain we bought our first house through. I can't recommend them enough.... Read more
