We would strongly recommend Humbert's in Yeovil. They were very professional, keeping us informed at all stages of the sale from the initial meeting through to the completion. Although our house was at the bottom end of the market, the level of service was first class. The sale was achieved quickly and we as the sellers can't speak highly enough of Natalie, Julia, Julie and all members of the team in Yeovil.

Rented a property through the estate agent, which happened to belong to the estate agent owner Stephen Froy.
We were promised that the property would be in a good condition when we moved in, however we arrived with it being filthy. Dust was everywhere, leak around the toilet and the stench of damp everywhere. The oven was also thick with grease and grime that must have been built up over years.
When we addressed the problems to elder and Froy estate agents it took a vast amount of time for us to receive a response from the landlord (Stephen Froy); legal action had to be mentioned until he would respond. Eventually he came to visit the property, to view the problems. His response when my fiancé mentioned the uncleanliness of the house was "I am a man, I don't notice these things".
Luckily enough we manage to escape the contract early, however had to throw away items due to mould growing on items we had stored in the kitchen cupboards, this included a George foreman Grill and table matts.
Avoid at all costs. They did nothing but play silly games to try and push the price up of the property we were trying to buy. Unprofessional, unhelpful and obstructive. Would never deal with them again.

Worst mistake of my life renting from them , when problems happen and things go wrong they won't even email or phone you back . All they care about is your hard earned money and nothing else . Customer service is something they haven't heard of before.
Awful service. Really unprofessional. Evicted for complaining about an Unfair Term, and an extortionate gas bill and then when we applied to the council as homeless, they lied to the council about the reasons for our eviction. Disgusting treatment by an apparently much-respected company. When I complained, they ignored my complaint so I had to get the Franchisor involved, who failed to answer the points I raised.
Fees are a total rip-off, too. Six-monthly credit checks on all parties at £80 + VAT, plus tenancy renewal fees at expiry of their standard six month AST is unjustifiable and extortionate...
