9th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)From them telling us we would sell within weeks took a year communication was bad always said will ring you but never did you had to phone them then to be speaking on the phone and they hadn't put phone down to be talking about you not professional at all sold in the end but wouldn't use again

11th May 2025 (5 days ago)We have recently sold and bought a house through Copelands simultaneously, and in all honesty they exceeded my expectations. The whole team were fantastic, but a big shout out to David who went above and beyond with our sale. Everything went very smoothly and communication was second to none. Holly constantly kept us up to date every step of the way and nothing was a hassle. I would absolutely recommend, as they do what they say they will, and I would 100% use them again if I ever considered another move. Thank you.

All of the viewing have been done, the offers collated and we have received email and telephone communication throughout the process. We are pleased we chose Reeds Rains, Durham.

26th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)2 viewings one offer £40000 below asking price which was set by agent as realistic then they said it was probably too high. Also I take offence to their Facebook posts that state everything they touch turns to sold! When clearly it does not.

24th Apr 2025 (22 days ago)I didn't experience any problems with the selling process. Communication was good, always answered any questions I had both via telephone and email. I would recommend them to others.
4th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)The state of the house we rented was devastating, we both had complete mental breakdowns. Rats, sewerage, mould, exposed electrics, doors wouldn't close, chimney pot actually fell through our van windscreen and could have killed someone - they denied it was from our house! They lied a lot and took months to sort anything (most things didn't ever get sorted). They seemed lovely people when we first moved in but it didn't last. I was physically sick and crying most the time I was at this property run by Langdales. I've rented for 17 years and never ever experienced anything this bad. 5 star reviews are fakes.- 19th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Rented for 3 years really good people. A++
