We found the staff very friendly and supportive. When our original purchaser pulled out only 4 days before the requested completion date we advised the agents. They were extremely proactive and within an hour of them being told this we had a second full price offer, and completed within a month. The whole process taking 4 months from listing to completion. The manager was very flexible during the photoshoot, ensuring the property was shown at its best. It was very good to have an Estate Agent based in the area, with local knowledge.... Read more

Well I don’t really know what to say other than fantastic!! Sam and his team went above and beyond for my family, selling a home is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do (or so they say) but Sam and Mandy who were dealing with the sale of my house were top class no complaints at all just a big thankyou! Can’t recommend Robinsons Spennymoor any more - from the valuation process with Sam and the taking of photos he was professional but down to earth and made me feel in safe hands every step of the way. We have rented 2 properties with robinsons over the last eight years we find that everytime we have to deal with them there are problems.. Like booking a courtesy call (for them to check property is looked after) & they cancel then you get a letter to say you have to give them access to the property!? ???????booked electrician they don't turn up.. ???? If you need a repair they seem to take ages to sort it.... Read more

We had our home valued by Robinsons and agreed to let them sell our property. When ever we had a viewing they seemed very slow in chasing feedback from the potential buyers. We were also concerned at times with amount of times our calls were unanswered when we phoned the agents. When our property failed to sell we reduced the price over a couple of years by about 25%. The agents then advised us to drop the price further which would have ment selling the house at 60% of what they valued our property at. We refused to drop the price further and were told that we would not sell the property at that price. Shortly after, we managed to sell our property without reducing the price as the agents advised. This would have lost us £20.000. We always try and support local business but would never chose Robinsons as our agents again. We found them unprofessional and would not recommend them.... Read more
