Google maps shows picture of the old office in Pulborough. They moved to New Bartram House which is 50m down the road toward Swan Corner. I don't know how to get Google to remove the picture of their old office which will soon be new houses.
In July 2017 they moved into the old Barclay's Bank building in Lower Street. I have tried putting in the edit on google maps but so far not accepted - even though Batcheller Monkhouse own website gives this information on the move. Come on google approve my edit. Google maps shows nice historic pictures of the old offices in Pulborough. The first one is now demolished and new flats built. They moved to New Bartram House which is 50m down the road toward Swan Corner a few years ago and now in July2017 they are in Lower St. I don't know how to get Google to indicate the pictures are of their old offices and not the current one.
Edit:: I have even gone and taken a picture when passing by yesterday and uploaded it to show their new offices in the Old Bank Building - notice new glass door and lower portion of windows now one large pane plus THEIR NAME OVER THE DOOR... come on google Approve the edit. Your text for the "this place has closed or never existed" should be updated as you now have hidden under here a very appropriate radio button option of o-Moved and "drag the marker to the new position". YEA this is what we need but please change the text for the slider switch option so local people like us just trying to keep your (google) maps up to date can find it.
Purchased through Hamilton's. Angus and his team were professional throughout at the same time as being warm and endearing. Felt well informed throughout the process which made for a positive experience. Best of luck for your business for the future and thanks from the bottom of our hearts in helping us move into our forever home.
Discriminating and personally interrogating vetting process of potential tenants. They automatically put everyday working families at the bottom of the list whilst insulting your profession and lifestyle.
Angus, Chris and Yasmin need to understand the real world and modern clients. It's evident that Angus and his colleagues choose the wealthiest clients over good references. We have rented for over 3 years with no problems and at every viewing were immediately put down for having a child, told the property is not suitable every time and personally insulted about our jobs and lifestyle.
Be warned as we were discriminated against, unethically judged, put down and were never a good enough tenant for Hamilton Graham.
We would not recommend this Estate Agency.
Heidi and her team at Cubitt & West Ashington worked so hard to make our property purchase work seamlessly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Heidi and her team went way above and beyond to make it happen and were professional, friendly and resourceful. Lovely people, great service. No hesitation in recommending unreservedly C&W Ashington. Thank you Heidi.
Stephanie and Heidi in the Ashington branch of Cubitt and West are very professional, approachable and super helpful. They are down-to-earth and not at all like your typical 'pushy' estate agents. Throughout our purchase they contacted us at all the appropriate moments to help facilitate a smooth move, meet mutual deadlines and negotiate as necessary to achieve an outcome that both the sellers and us accepted. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Stephanie and Heidi for all your support.
An excellent service, both Amy and Emma chased my conveyenser to ensure a speedy result in my purchase. Always on hand to assist when required.
Under a new manager now from what I hear. Was an absolute nightmare when we dealt with them. They refused to submit our offer on a house because we didn't take out a mortgage through their adviser. With a village, people.talk.to each other. Owner of the property would have accepted as it was more than anything advised to him by KAC.
Knowledgeable - Friendly - Enthusiastic.
Just some of the key traits James showed when advising us when valuing our home and then going on to sell our property in a quicker time than even he estimated! Thoroughly recommend!
I was pleased that we heard about James at HomedIn. Even though he wasn’t very local to us, we decided to try to sell our house through him, and it went well. James is very good at keeping in touch through WhatsApp, email, text and phone, and it was great that you don’t feel that you’re limited to communicating in normal office hours as I received replies quickly whenever I messaged him. The lower fees are good news at an expensive time! Viewings were arranged professionally and overall we were happy with James and HomedIn and would recommend him to others in the area.
