17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

22nd Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Great service from all the Team at Stevens! From the outset, Kevin valued the bungalow and suggested a price that was realistic - and was achieved. We were kept informed when new offers were received and throughout the process with the successful purchaser. Would like to thank the sales team (Kevin, Emily and Alison). They know their stuff, the area and the correct pricing, meaning it's an efficient and effective service. Would highly recommend and definitely use Stevens again!

We let with them for 2 years and during this time they were always lovely to speak to, prompt with resolutions and kept in contact when needed. Overall would highly recommend them as an estate agents for anyone looking to let in the area. Thank you to Yasmin and everyone for all of their support over the last 2 years.
8th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)We recently moved into our beautiful new home. Well, actually it"s a very old house from 1560 but still beautiful and full of charm. Right from the start of our search Hamptons were extremely helpful, professional and courteous and a special mention must go to Tommy Jones who went above and beyond with all our interactions. He regularly liaised with the vendors and got back to us very promptly. He kept the confidences of both ourselves and the vendors and was the consulate professional at all times. The whole procedure was a stress free as it could beWe would have no hesitation in using the services of Hamptons in the future.

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

5th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)absolutely excellent service I had queries about my mothers property in Fareham, being dealt with by Mann and co , I had a lot of questions to reply to, with regards to the selling .The area manager in Steyning could not have been more helpful, he explained all the technicality's . and then phoned the solicitors and downloaded the information and forward it . thank you very much.

1st Sep 2024 (20 weeks ago)My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
