We decided to sell our house through Osborn Frankling Estate Agents in Steyning High Street after considering all other estate agents in the High Street. We received the most friendly and engaging reception in Osborn Frankling Estate agents with immediate response and this is why we chose them. This decision on first impression proved correct from the outset. We were offered competitive rates and Ben, the proprietor, provided us with a first class service. Ben and his team were proactive in all aspects of the arduous process of selling and were extremely efficient in arranging an Open Viewing day and following up with a list of interested parties. We felt comfortable with seeking Ben’s advice in matters such as choosing solicitors, removal companies and dealing with prospective buyers. We achieved our aim with Ben Frankling and sold within 3 months.
We would highly recommend Osborn Frankling and would be happy to use their services again.

Ben and his team of Janet & Ella provided a personal and professional service selling our house.
They were very enthusiastic about the sale of our property from the start of the process to the end. We had a number of hiccups along the way and the communication was always professional whether it was bad or good news.
Towards the end of the process Ben was very focused on getting the sale over the line. He regularly chased other people in the chain, their agents and solicitors, and communicated updates to us.
We have no hesitation in recommending Osborn Frankling as a very good local estate agent.

We used Osborn Franklin Estate Agents to sell our home and purchase our new one. From start to finish we experienced a consistent, excellent service. Ben and his team called us regularly with updates as well as to guide us on the next steps that we needed to take. As far as support goes this agency has put its heart and soul into making our experience as easy and as efficient as a house sale/ purchase can be. They are proactive, understanding, informative and keen to get the job done. Ben has assisted us in areas that an agent doesn’t really need to help with but showing us he would go the extra mile. We would 100% recommend them.

We're moving in two days and the process has run really smoothly. Osborn Humphreys really do understand the property market in this part of the world and their photos of our property were really good. The team are very friendly and we found them to be efficient and easy to do business with. We used the solicitors in Hove that were recommended by Osborn Humphreys and that service was also excellent.
