James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

30th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)Cameron at Goodchilds Stoke, has been excellent with the valuation of our property, advice on how best to market the property, photography to show the prime selling points of the house, and advice once the property was sold stc- our property went on the market with Goodchilds Thursday pm - 2 viewings booked for Saturday - one of which offered the full asking price which we accepted the following Monday- just wish that I had gone with Goodchilds from the beginning rather than waste 10 weeks of our time with an inferior local estate agent.
15th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Should not be allowed to operate the way that they do, withholding extremely important & legally required to disclose information about the state of a property from potential buyers until a price has already been negotiated. Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.
21st Mar 2024 (30 days ago)My experience of this estate agents wasn't the best, I was trying to purchase a house and even though my offer was accepted they still did viewings on said property and thus i lost the property in the end, all in all a very stressful experience also jack (the manager) was unpleasant to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this business, just look at trustpilot.

1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I used john German for a house sale having read the reviews and i'm very glad that i did. The house sold very quickly after over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. All dealings have been friendly and professional, i've been kept informed and all emails sent to them have been answered quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

She’s been fantastic with helping us secure the property we wanted. Providing so much information and knowledge with both our viewings of the property. She really knew what it was we were after and made what was a stressful situation for us feel a lot easier. 19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)First and foremost, no issues with connells themselves at all. Polite when visiting tenants, do they’re job properly, couldn’t fault them. However Helen at the branch, was incredibly rude over the phone with us, then to come in store and be met with the same attitude was a big shame. It’s never nice to be told you’re losing your home, I understand it’s a day to day job for the staff but unfortunately the routine and Rhythm of it being a job has dehumanised the entire journey of it. Not at all happy with the customer service from Helen at all today, it’s one thing being told you have to move but being spoken to the way we were about it, was not necessary and could have been done better!

29th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own. Can’t thank the team enough! I even remember telling Dani to pour herself a glass of Prosecco one evening for helping me with something I was stuck with! Thank you too all x x

All the staff are very professional and friendly. We always feel like we are important to them and that they want to help us. Brilliant photos and advertising. An asking price offer was received in less than 2 weeks! Amazing!
