My partner and I purchased our new home through Ryder and Dutton and were helped through the process by Fiona. To say Fiona went above and beyond is an understatement frankly. We had a very complicated chain, and Fiona coordinated between all parties, solicitors and estate agents. She was amazing, communicated with us at all times and although sometimes the news wasn't great, she was still up front with us and informative. I can't recommend Ryder and Dutton enough. If the time comes for us to sell, it's the first place we will contact. Update July 2026 - We have recently sold our property with Ryder and Dutton. We have now bought and sold through Ryder and Dutton with the same experience. They are fantastic and once again Fiona was brilliant. I cant recommend highly enough.... Read more

******* Further to the below review, which I wrote two years ago, we have used the fabulous services of Butcher Residential again to sell our flat. It's been a long (ongoing for 2 years) and very difficult process but the whole team have been utterly amazing. Mel especially deserves a mention as she has been an absolute rock throughout the ordeal. She was extremely proactive in dealing with all the parties involved, knew exactly what needed doing every step of the way and was a consumate professional. Her sense of humour and ability to remain optimistic kept me sane.
