6th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have let a house through Druce agents. Everybody at Druce is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. From my first visit to the office, to tenants moving in took less than a couple of months. Highly recommended.
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Jo and Karen were both professional, as well as being kind and understanding , I was a very difficult vendor, as I have ADHD, dogs and an autistic teen to work viewings around. They handled everything perfectly, and kept me informed of progress throughout, all in a way I could understand. The ladies here go above and beyond any other agents I have dealt with , so I wholeheartedly recommend Purbecks 100%

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. I still keep in touch with him now, he’s a top chap and someone you can genuinely rely on. I would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. Thank you to all of you for everything. 1st Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

From the very first point of contact, they were highly professional and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was consistently excellent—always clear, timely, and informative. The staff were amazing, friendly, and incredibly competent, making me feel supported every step of the way. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Samuels Real Estate to anyone looking for top-notch service!
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

2nd Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)The best Estate Agents in the area, have used on a number of occasions. They really listen to your needs and wants and find the right place for you, rather than just try to fob you off with something not right just because they have it on their books. Highly recommend.
