I dealt primarily with Miriam who possesses genuinely excellent customer service skills, it is clearly a natural ability she has to interact with clients. She was proactive, highly communicative and understanding to my needs at all times. She is a true asset to this company. My interaction with her manager Bernice were equally as positive.<br><br>I also found the property to be well and accurately described online with no ambiguities (something which cannot be said for other agencies) and the detailed documentation and information received before and during move-in was helpful.

1st Sep 2026 (19 days ago)Exceptional service from Morgan and Ellie at William H Brown, Diss!<br>Morgan’s expertise saved us significant money by guiding us through the sale of our residential park home without needing a solicitor. He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

They went above and beyond to show me a property I was interested in, and made the necessary arrangements to secure it for me quickly. Michelle answered all of my specific questions about the property, and she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed prior to signing the lease. She is the best! The process was smooth, and I am excited to be a tenant in the U.K!
3rd Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.- 9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I cannot recommend Nicole and Lois more if you are looking to rent a property. I was looking for a property after a relationship breakdown and their service has been personable, reliable and they absolutely pushed for the property to be ready as soon as possible for my tight time frames. DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!<br><br>As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.<br><br>They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.<br><br>When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.<br><br>The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Complete cowboys—avoid this agency at all costs.<br><br>You messed with the wrong ones this time ??????!

Nicola and Joe are a couple to mention they made it feel a very personal experience and done a great job but thanks to the whole team - they made sure I was kept in the loop of everything and was supplied with solicitors information aswell. Made the process very easy

My property has been on the market since June 2026, and the repeated issues with something as simple as installing a selling board have shown a lack of organisation, communication, and respect for my time.I agreed to have a board from the start. Weeks passed with no sign. I raised this multiple times and was repeatedly assured it would be sorted. It never was. Even after saying I no longer wanted a board, I was contacted again and convinced to try once more — with promises of follow?up calls that never happened. Three weeks later, I was still being asked whether the sign had been put up.This constant cycle of promises, no action, and repeated calls became frustrating and unacceptable. It made me question whether my sale was being handled properly at all, especially with no viewings taking place.I was told things had improved since my last experience with the company, but unfortunately they have changed for the worse. Due to the ongoing lack of professionalism, I have requested my property be removed from the market.I expect better from an estate agent, and I hope the branch owner reviews the service standards being delivered.- 1st Sep 2026 (19 days ago)Despite only few viewings Cliff and especially Finlay did a great job getting us sold and completed. Pippa was so helpful and informative and made the whole process as stress free as it can be and was so friendly and lovely the whole time!
