We had a number of difficulties as the property was a 'flying freehold' and not the usual leasehold. They showed a lot of knowledge and support to guide me through the process. Communication was brilliant, keeping me up to date with the journey and always responded quickly when I reached out. I also used Countrywide Mortgage Services, Andrew in Abbotts was amazing too.

9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We both bought and sold bungalows successfully through Diamond Mills. Alan was particularly effective at gaining trust with ourselves and potential buyers. He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

20th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)All the staff at Blake and Thickbroom were professional, kind, caring, efficient and I had excellent communication with them throughout the sale of my late father's house. David Allis did the initial appointment and was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the local Estate Agents we had booked for valuations in the Clacton Area. He gave me confidence and was not at all pushy to get the business but was respectful and clearly had years of experience in the trade, Jack and Joseph kept me updated and informed at least weekly by phone or e mail, Paul was also instrumental in the smooth and efficient sale. Unfortunately I suffered another significant bereavement during the period of selling which could have hindered things due to the nature of the death and as I do not live in the area but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful whilst efficiently dealing with the sale which went through quickly and without any issues, I bought and sold a house in the area where I live 2 years ago and I can honestly say the experience was nothing like I had with Blake and Thickbroom . I highly recommend the company .

Excellent service throughout the process, open and transparent and they responded quickly to an initial maintenance issue. I would highly recommend them as a tenant and would happily use them again.
