He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends. Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception.
