23rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

If they tell you that they are going to do something, they do it, it's always easy to speak to one of the team & they are always helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend using their services, as they understand the local market extremely well.

No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

Sharon, Ben and the whole team were excellent communicators, very helpful, personable and the most professional estate agents I’d encountered throughout my search. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, we appreciated being kept in the loop at all times and towards the very end of our sale, just before the Big Christmas close for all Solicitors, we had the whole team at Allsworth go above and beyond to push our sale over the line. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend. Thank you Hanna, Dexter and the Team.
20th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)The sale is still ongoing and Exchange and Completion are far from certain as the prospective buyer is having delaying problems with the sale of their own property. If nothing happens soon. I may have to discuss with Connells whether they should find another buyer. No deposit has been paid so I don’t really know if the buyer is fully committed to wanting to buy the bungalow, or not.

13th May 2022 (3 years ago)I first met Brett a couple of years ago when looking into the student market. I didn't do anything at that time. It was a pleasure to meet Brett again in July 2021 when viewing another property, and subsequently other properties. Brett is generous with his time, doesn't rush you, and tells you the facts as he sees them. I feel he gives his views and advice in a very straightforward manner which is what you want as a buyer or a seller. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett for his professionalism, friendliness and someone to go to for advice. I have now met the Lettings side of Star and found them extremely helpful as well.

Viewings were always attended with knowledgeable staff with good sales experience and all had previously acquainted themselves with the property, a key element in my opinion when selling, unlike the previous "big name" agent that sent clueless people that didn't even know which room they were in and having to look at the brochure. We were kept updated by Callum throughout the process and found him to very professional and courteous. Well done ??????

They answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much. Stuart was off the day of completion and he stayed late the day before emailing over documents. I cannot thank you all enough.

They are genuinely happy to be able to help. We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys. We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea. He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’ I walked out reassured and smiling. A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ???? The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????
