Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 10th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.
31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Fraser & Wheeler a couple of years ago, i can not fault F&W at all, it was our first time buying a property so it was all new to us and did not know what to expect, however F&W helped us every step of the way with nothing ever being an issue. Sharon showed us around the property and she made us with at ease with her very friendly approach, she never made us feel rushed etc and allowed us to have a good look around. Thank you to all at F&W - if we ever decide to sell , we would certainly use F&W again, without hesitation.

They were thoroughly professional and highly motivated to work towards the buyers' goals, demonstrating attentiveness and excellent communication skills throughout the process with all stakeholders. Their photographer was excellent, adaptable to my needs, and produced amazing photos while incorporating my direction. Luscombe Maye showed great attention to detail in my listing, always eager to get my input and work with me to meet my expectations, ensuring the best possible outcome. What truly stood out was their willingness to communicate at all times, even outside of regular working hours. They made sure the entire team was informed about the latest developments, so I never had to worry about ensuring someone was up-to-date if my primary agent was unavailable. The outcome of my flat sale was excellent because they were adaptable and worked closely with me, avoiding a cookie-cutter approach. I absolutely and catagorically recommend Luscombe Maye over any other agent in TONES to anyone looking to sell their property. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market, highly adaptable, and work hard t ounderstand the unique needs of their clients. Before deciding on Luscombe Maye, I thoroughly evaluated several other agents in the area. Woods: outdated and complacent, showing a lack of motivation. Fulfords: greedy and uninterested in providing personalized service. Rendles: disorganized and didn’t seem genuinely invested in the sale. ChartsEdge: all fur coat and no knickers—full of talk but lacking substance, with incorrect vital details in their listings. Marchand Petit: Unrelatable spivs With all that said, Luscombe Maye came out on top. They are well worth any cost and the investment of using them as your agent.

Rachael was absolutely brilliant, coaxing the sale process, the buyers as well as us throughout every stage with patience and never failing enthusiasm. We really don't think any other agent would have given us the time and energy she did to get us across the line. In the office Donna was always available to answer calls and between them they made what is inevitably always a stressful process as streamlined as it could be. We really recommended them!
