I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

Steve and Sandi and Tim could not have done anymore and were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with . I hope not to move again but if I do then I would use them again

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

10th Jun 2024 (25 weeks ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

30th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)After my parents' death we needed to sell their house as a probate sale. The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.

When my landlord decided to sell up Rebecca came to do the valuation and quickly got me booked in to see their mortgage advisor, Jake, and I can honestly say that Jake was amazing. He went above and beyond to find me a good mortgage deal, answered all my first time buyer-y questions and guided me through the whole process. Rebecca and Dylan were also helpful and flexible around viewings, and the house I ended up buying (and have now moved into) was found through them. All in all, a good service from everyone there and I enjoyed dealing with all of them, but Jake especially is a real credit to the company.- 24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Shane was very helpful and proficient as a mortgage advisor. No idea on how to help us sell our home, on the market for 10 months. We ended up going to external company for advice, after that we sold our home within 2 weeks. Stay away from these cowboys

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Dart & Partners - Dawlish have sold two houses for my Mum in the last 18 months. All the way through the process Stuart was helpful, proactive & kept Mum informed. The first sale (an empty doer upper) was quiet straight forward, partly down to the support & advice given by the Dart Dawlish team, and completed in good time. They found a buyer for the second house very quickly, however the process took a lot longer due to things outside their control. The whole team were great, particularily Stuart & Rob who went above & beyond to help Mum including printing documents, witnessing signatures and guiding her through completion of forms. Thank you to Stuart & the team for making the experience a positive one & ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible for Mum. We would definitely recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking for an estate agent in or around Dawlish.
