6th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

30th Jun 2024 (10 mo. ago)JJ Morris staff were keen to value my property and enthusiastic about its potential. They saw opportunities that other estate agents did not identify or focus on and achieved a faster sale and better overall outcome as a result. The market appraisal and sales measurement and photography visits were smooth and efficient. I felt confident that JJ Morris knew what they were doing and how they were going to approach the sale process. The photography and virtual tour gave a very fair and honest view of the property and I am extremely happy with the service provided by JJ Morris.

17th Jan 2025 (17 weeks ago)Beware!.Do Not Use Recomended Solicitors by John Francis Estate Agents! Purchasing house through John Francis Estate Agents in Tenby. Manager Martin, " Highley Recommended using Solicitors through them. No Sale, No Fee!!. We went ahead with Countrywide Conveyancing. We paid up front 399 pounds. Days later Howels Solicitors on behalf of Countrwide, contacted us requiring 50 pounds for search. We Paid the 50 pounds. Surveyers Report came back. Very costly repairs needed. We contacted Howells immediately to inform them of Cancelation of purchase of house. Asked for Refund of 399 pounds. They had not received this money, only 50 pounds. They instructed me to Contact John Francis. Contacted Manager, Martin, at John Francis Estate Agents Tenby. Martin told me, "He would get back to me". After several days. Called into Office to be told by Manager, Martin to contact Howels Solicitors for the 50 pounds, as Countrywide had done the searches??. We were Not entitled to any money back. BEWARE!!. John Francis Estate Agents are part of The Countrywide Conveyancing Group. DO NOT TRUST John Francis Estate Agents on Recomendations for Solictors. As soon as you pay 399 pounds. It has Gone! If you have to withdraw from purchase.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.
