Phoned with an offer on a house as I had an offer on mine ... heard nothing back at all in the mean time the buyers pulled out on me as I couldn't accept it till I knew on my offer ... totally gutted at time ... my esate agent couldn't believe it ... a total joke... Read more

A vulnerable friend of mine has just been charged a non returnable £240.00 fee for a credit check and the agent wanted to charge an extra £100 more for the deposit/bond than was requested by the owner of the property in Laugharne. This complaint pertains to the office handling the Laugharne area. Would give no stars but apparently have to give them something.... Read more
