We have used R.A Bennett and Partners twice now. They have gone above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend Zoe Challinor enough. She has helped us with two mortgages and been quick to respond and had some great advice for us. Thank you Zoe!
WOW!!! What an amazing service we received. Julie, Naomi and Vicki were most helpful and very knowledgeable in the whole experience. Would recommend R.A Bennett without a shadow of a doubt.
A very friendly, efficient team in Cirencester. Always kept me updated, as requested. Highly recommended.
Rupert Sturgis of Knight Frank Cirencester is personable, efficient and did an excellent job selling my property. He recommended a sensible price point to attract offers and then negotiated well which yielded the result I was looking for. Nicola was also always charming and helpful. A big thank you, to all of the staff at Knight Frank.
I would not hesitate in recommending Sebastion Hipwood at Savills in Cirencester. He has shown tenacity, professionalism and exeptional negotiating skills throughout the sale of my late brother's property. We greatly valued his advise and frequent updates during the process and his hard work on our behalf resulted in a successful sale. PR.
We can highly recommend Seb Hipwood at Savills Cirencester for his professional and personal approach to selling our house. His advice, communication and care was outstanding. He guided us superbly through every step and was never too busy to answer queries from us and from our purchaser. If we ever have to move again we will definitely use Seb and Savills.
We put our cottage on with Mark at Moore Allen in February of this year
We could not be happier with the service we received. Initial Feedback was given as requested over email pretty much straight after viewings and this was followed up with any further feedback from viewers over the next few days.
The girls in the office, Nicola, Teresa and Amy negotiated an asking price offer for us within a month and managed to get the whole chain of five through in under 3 months, including some hiccups from other parties along the way.
Will be giving Mark a call when we are looking to move to our next home!
I would not recommend them at all for renting a property. Incompetent staff, don't respond to emails/calls and don't carry out work that they said they would. Left without a working shower for weeks leading up to Xmas and only because of persistent daily calls was anything ever done about it. This week they sent a contractor to our house without any prior notification while I was out of the house, which left the dog in a distressed state when I got back. For a name with such a good reputation in the area I am completely shocked at the lack of service and competence having rented a house from them. I hope to find another property as soon as possible with a different letting agency.
To All at James Pyle..We just wanted to say a massive big thank you to the team at James Pyle for making all our cottage dreams come true.

Having bought and sold numerous houses, I've experienced a huge range of agents over the years. I can sincerely say that James Pyle is the most professional, helpful and friendly agent I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He provides meticulous attention to detail and service beyond the call of duty or working hours at superb value. Without his genuine desire to help me sell the old house and secure the new home, I would not have navigated a tricky move. I'll never use any one else again!
The whole team at Perry Bishop were excellent. They looked after me and kept me informed throughout all the procedures. I wish all Estate Agents had a Sales Progression team looking after both the vendor and the buyer.
Pushy, deceitful (watch out, they will try and rush you to make an offer and a survey), continued to advertise the property behind our back (the for sale sign was still outside the property when we were told it was marked as STC) and we are of the belief that they gazumped us. We dealt with Paul Boden, who would promise one thing on the phone and then use ambiguous and vague language in the email. He then did a complete U-turn on what he had promised us on behalf of the vendor. We complained via their internal complaint procedure and they got back to us to say that "they had a very difficult vendor and therefore it was not their fault". Avoid them. Don't waste your time and money dealing with them. This estate agent is literally living up to the bad reputation the profession has. Save your money and use another estate agent.
Also the property was not marketed as Grade II listed (which it is), and the photos they used in the listing are from a few years ago (the property looked nothing like it did in the photos) but we tried to ignore it.
