Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

Raph and Annabel at the Minchinhampton office have been a dream to deal with. Warm, friendly, helpful, supportive and giving great advice to ensure that we both, marketed our property to the best it could be and to then navigate the process of offers, followed by the ups and downs of conveyancing! I’ve dealt with many agents over the years and I can honestly say this is the first truly positive experience I’ve had. Murrays professionalism, local knowledge and reach really stand out and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them on the sales front.

During a sales process that was full of complications with solicitors, the support Joe and team provided was a huge source of comfort. Not only was the listing process professional resulting in immediate offers but the communication thereafter was frequent and clear. I couldn't recommend them enough for their considered, personal service.

The entire process was overseen by Elizabeth D’Allemagne, a consummate professional who handled the négociations with efficiency and great care. I particularly appreciated the constant one to one feedback, a rarity in today’s world of automated voice messaging! A personalised service, with a hands on attitude, that produced a desired result.
