Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. Thanks Murray’s , would 100% recommend and will return when it comes to moving on without a doubt.
26th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Communication was consistently clear and responsive, which made a real difference. They were also incredibly helpful in recommending reliable local contractors when needed, which saved time and gave extra peace of mind. Lucia was always on hand to answer questions, provide real updates, and offer support at each stage. The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent. Overall, a professional, supportive, and well-organised team. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

Clare specifically is a fantastic Agent, she really knows the area and is quick to understand what you are looking for and makes well thought through recommendations. I would recommend Peter Joy to any one selling their house because as well as being good at matching houses to people, staff at Peter Joy understand how to go from offer to completion. Clare was even supporting me with my buyer as I wasn't lucky enough in London to have such a good agent. Should I ever move again (!) We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.

My sale was lengthy and stressful due to a collapsed chain but dealt with swiftly and compasionately and with a new buyer in place quickly. The best thing about dealing with this firm is the staff. I nearly always dealt Amy who could not have been more on the ball, knowledgable, helpful and kind. She always went the extra mile to provide a good service. Well done to all of them for their hard work and professionalism
