Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Helen looked after our sale herself, answering difficult questions and dealing with particularly difficult situations effectively. She really showed us her true professionalism and care, helping us out when we needed her. They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!
