The whole team were always available to answer questions or deal with chain issues in a quick and positive manner. Carol, in particular, was a major driving force in liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to get the whole chain to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

We have seen many flats and the way how they show them, so we can tell Romans Thilehurst are the best :) From start to finish, their team was professional, but also they had such a human approach and were incredibly helpful. Brilliant agent Nathan Poulter showed us the flat. Brilliant Lorraine Coakley continued our process with paperwork and all the formalities. The letting process was smooth and transparent, making us feel well-supported throughout our entire process. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring people have an excellent letting experience. 4th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!

For the past 5 years we had been using a well-known, international branded estate agents to rent our property however their service levels increasingly became very poor. Moving to Belvoir has been the best decision; we are experiencing really quick and clear communication, proactive and helpful advice and great support. We would strongly recommend Belvoir Estate agents for all your property needs.
