From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Fine & Country should be incredibly proud to have these two ladies representing them. Their service was personal, professional and genuinely first-class. 30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)M2 were always very responsive when I needed anything and I felt very looked after for both the sale and purchase of a home. They felt honest, didn't play any games, and understood that moving home is stressful and didn't add any more stress than necessary. I was also impressed that they didn't pester or harass, like I've seen other agents do. I would definitely recommend.

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person. 24th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was left very disappointed with their vice after asking them for 3 months for a video of the property to be added to the right move platforms, social media marketing was non existent until we asked for it and the original gentleman who we agreed the sale of the property left the company and nobody bothered to inform us.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our experience with this company especially Jemma and Alice have been amazing nothing too much trouble, we were helped through a very stressful time with a long stop situation. we cannot thank them enough without their pleasant and professional assistance I doubt we would have made it to the end thank you both Jemma and Alice from cheryl and phillip prewett.

I had a few problems my end and they were so understanding and communicated to both parties throughout the process. I can not thank them enough and I would definitely recommend this estate agents, they are a breath of fresh air
