The process was straight forward and Sarah worked very hard to get us a sale.
Sarah did an excellent job at marketing our house and has excellent skills in selling properties, we got a very quick sale and the house sold in 4 months.
I cannot thank Sarah and the team enough for there diligence and skill in the sales of our house and taking care of our property in our absence, we could not have done it without them.

Made an appointment for them to call to value my property at 5pm today. By 5.20pm no show. Phoned them up and they said they'd had "diary problems" then told me it was booked for next week!! I know it wasn't next week as we aren't even here. Totally unprofessional. Wasted my time. My husband had finished work early to be here so wasted his time too. Going to a company who can work a diary and show up and be more professional.
Matthew Maksimovik - still current tenant of yet another Brinsons rental, continually harrassing his ex landlady after leaving a brand new house in July 2017 in a dirty, disgusting dog urinated condition.
Yet another unwanted communication sent by Text to my private mobile number on Tuesday evening, by this soon-to-be dad and fine upstanding young gentleman:
" Hi Bev, I hope you was as pleased with the outcome as we are. We’ve just put the rest of our money away for the trip to Paris in a couple weeks! Don’t spend the £60odd at once and nice to see a new front door on the place. Hope you also get the boiler, ceiling and roof sorted next. Hwyl Fawr Cariad. ????????"

My experience with Brinsons has been extremely disappointing and even more so in light that my disappointment could have been easily avoided. Unfortunately it appears that property and vendor speaifications are not shared between members of the estate agents staff resulting in inaccurate information being shared with potential buyers. I had made a call to arrange a viewing on a particular property of great interest to my partner and I. I was told that there had not been any offers made on the property however as the vendors were going away on holiday that I would not be able to arrange a viewing for nearly three weeks. I accepted this and was told that I had secured the first viewing on the property on their return. I made my interest quite clear and asked that I be informed of any offers (although unlikely) while the vendors were away as I would hate to miss out on the property.
Over the coming three weeks I visited the area where the property was located at different times during the week, checking traffic/ noise etc. I dropped the price of my own property by 5k when our buyers considered pulling out as I had my heart set on securing the property with Brinsons. Two and a half weeks later I received a phone call to tell me that my viewing in 2 days time would have to be cancelled as the property had already had an offer accepted on it, prior to the vendor going on holiday nearly 3 weeks ago. And I was only being informed of this now?? I was given a half hearted apology and told that perhaps the estate agent I had spoken to previous didn't realise. Not acceptable! We are talking about buying and selling valuable assets here not sweets.
Brinsons should ensure that they are more conscientious when dealing with their clients. It should be a minimum expectation that information shared with potential clients is accurate for both the sake of the vendor and buyer. I can't express my disappointment enough.
Great service from Carla and the team. Online valuation was spot on. Cant recommend Bayside enough if your looking at buying or selling your property.
Initially I chose Bayside because they were local to the area I was selling in and wanted to buy in. They offered a fixed fee for selling my property which was what really interested me. They had only previously managed the letting of properties in the area and so I didn't really know what I was going to get. What I did get was an exceptional service. The hard working, dedicated, friendly team in Bayside made selling my property as stress and hassle free as they could. Any problems we encountered were dealt with professionally, promptly and at all times with a sense of humour. This coupled with the amazing photos provided by the professional photographer they employ (quite a difference from the often inadequate photos provided by other estate agents) mean that they are a service that I would definitely recommend..
