Right from the start we have received amazing service. The team at Bayside Estates have been consummate professionals. From the very first contact, I was impressed by their knowledge and high standards. Our house looked fantastic in their photos. Having used a more well known agent in the area for 6 months, and getting very poor service, few viewings and little feedback, I decided to try Bayside. The only reason I didn't use them in the first place was that the other agent seemed to have more of a local presence. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS!

Carla came straight out to the house, arranged a new valuation and arranged for a professional photographer to take photos (which were of exceptional quality). Within 24 hours, we had 15 viewings booked, and we subsequently accepted an offer within 3 days.

I won't lie, I was absolutely dreading selling our house as we have a mostly non-verbal autistic child... when a friend recommended Bayside Estates, I checked out their facebook and it looked like they were going to be the best option for us. They understood our concerns having an autistic child and were very helpful ensuring all viewings were carried out in one day, one after the other, which meant we could take our son out for the day and leave them to it. Communication was excellent and the team really do work hard to accommodate. Moving is never easy, but I honestly don't know what we would have done without Bayside.
