We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing dealings with Bayside Property.
Viewed a property with them with asking price of £305k, was told an offer of £185k had been rejected. Given a significant amount of work had to be done to the property this did not seem unreasonable. When we got our finances in order to make a better offer, we phoned to make an offer much closer to asking price, only to be told the offer rejected was actually £285k. This was an offer we were not willing to match. Therefore wasting a lot of our time.
Also asked them to value our current house. They cancelled our appointment at the last minute claiming we had not confirmed the viewing, despite no communications until the cancellation text stated we needed to phone and confirm. Yet another waste of our time having to work from home to be there.
Once they did come to value, we were told the valuation would arrive that same day - we heard nothing and had to chase the following day, only then did the valuation come through.
The individual we spoke to on the phone each time was lovely and really helpful but unfortunately the lack of professionalism with these 3 issues have caused us a lot of wasted time. We won't be using Bayside when our house goes on the market.

csrla and the whole team were amazing. Very responsive, did viewing everyday day if needed. good at communicating and chased solicitors when needed. Also special mention to their photographer Darren - he came out twice to take photos to ensure the property looked its best.

I asked 3 local estate agents to value my property and to discuss each of what their services entail, as well as their fees. Carla was the only agent who showed genuine enthusiasm in my property and confidence in her ability to get it sold. Their fees are very reasonable. We opted for the package price where a solicitor was included to represent us for our sale. I will be honest and say that I was slightly apprehensive as I wasn't sure what sort of service we would be receiving as normally I would instruct a solicitor based on my research. However, Tracy from Lewis and Lines was fantastic. The best service I have received from a solicitor.
The team at Bayside are very proactive and helpful. I mostly dealt with Zoe, who was very polite and always acted promptly. I'm super pleased with the service I received and I can't recommend them enough!

Carla demonstrated professionalism and determination to help us sell our property. It certainly wasn’t plain sailing during the period of the Covid pandemic. We followed Carla’s advice throughout and during periods when we felt the market wasn’t active her encouragement kept us going.
We of course weren’t her only clients however any request to speak to her were always replied within timescale promised. It wasn’t all plain sailing and there were some personnel changes in the office which did impact us frustratingly during the sale process.
The support, knowledge, determination and personal drive to deliver our sale went beyond what we have experienced with previous agents.

Well what can I say about Bayside....... just WOW! From the moment Carla came to value our property to Lee taking fantastic photos(even returned to take more photos in the sun) to the team that Carla has working for her. Look no further if you want to sell your house, the whole team are friendly, but professional and each and everyone of them went over and above!
If ever I move again I would not hesitate to use Bayside. Simply the best!

Having used a more well known agent in the area for 6 months, and getting very poor service, few viewings and little feedback, I decided to try Bayside. The only reason I didn't use them in the first place was that the other agent seemed to have more of a local presence. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS!
Carla came straight out to the house, arranged a new valuation and arranged for a professional photographer to take photos (which were of exceptional quality). Within 24 hours, we had 15 viewings booked, and we subsequently accepted an offer within 3 days.
Throughout the entire process, Carla and her team have been courteous, professional and efficient. I can't thank them enough!!

Carla and her team, including their excellent independent professional photographer, moved the activity from sedentary to frenetic almost immediately and after a wave of viewings in a short period of time, offers were made on and over the asking price.

I won't lie, I was absolutely dreading selling our house as we have a mostly non-verbal autistic child... when a friend recommended Bayside Estates, I checked out their facebook and it looked like they were going to be the best option for us. They understood our concerns having an autistic child and were very helpful ensuring all viewings were carried out in one day, one after the other, which meant we could take our son out for the day and leave them to it. Communication was excellent and the team really do work hard to accommodate. Moving is never easy, but I honestly don't know what we would have done without Bayside. Carla Welsh was my agent while looking for my first home in the South Wales area.
As a first time buyer and from out of the area it was a very exciting and frighting time for me, Carla was great in guiding me through the tunnel. She knows this market and always had the knowledge or knew where to get it. She was always tuned into what I was looking for, and didn't try to oversell me on expensive properties. We have been lucky enough to find Carla and her superb team. From the initial phone call to being sstc has been a very fast and so far stress free experience. Photos are amazing, didn't have lots of time wasters and we feel that we are being well looked after every step of the way. This is always important but doubly so when the move is for health reasons. Superb service from start to finish. They got the house on the market in just a few days and sold in under two weeks. They took fantastic photos of the house and really pushed the marketing to generate interest in the property very quickly.

I have rented off bayside estates since 2013. Both gas and electric has been checked on yearly basis and Carla the owner has whenever i have needed assistance been prompt and thorough in responding to my requests. rented a property with this company, was told that the smell downstairs was due to the fact that the heating wasn't turned on for months and that after a few days it would go. this was in fact sewerage gasses which we then lived with for months after the plumber informed the company of his findings, after 6 months it got so bad that we couldn't live there any longer especially with 4 young children.
This company (Carla) also told us that we could decorate and put new carpets down as it was extremely dated and gave us the keys 2 weeks prior to moving in so we could get the work done.
As it wasn't in writing they are now trying to claim for decorating costs..I am disgusted that we lived in sewerage gasses for months, spent over £1,500 pounds on decorating the property before we moved in, and never once was we late in paying rent, and now they try to claim fees back....horrendous service, make sure you get everything in writing if you want to rent through this company..

Initially I chose Bayside because they were local to the area I was selling in and wanted to buy in. They offered a fixed fee for selling my property which was what really interested me. They had only previously managed the letting of properties in the area and so I didn't really know what I was going to get. What I did get was an exceptional service. The hard working, dedicated, friendly team in Bayside made selling my property as stress and hassle free as they could. Any problems we encountered were dealt with professionally, promptly and at all times with a sense of humour. This coupled with the amazing photos provided by the professional photographer they employ (quite a difference from the often inadequate photos provided by other estate agents) mean that they are a service that I would definitely recommend..
