Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

She responded promptly to my inquiries and made a significant effort to ensure that the process ran smoothly. I am very pleased with the overall experience at Dowen, particularly with Caroline's assistance. It was an outstanding experience.

Always kept us up to date with the various stages of the sale and had regular contact with their team. Always on hand for advice and support. A great team and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. 9th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have found the Ryan James agency to be very competent, quick to respond to queries, in possession of all the facts & figures necessary & genuinely enthusiastic about their business. They are both professional & personable, which is not always the case with estate agents & I've been very impressed with their communication & the rapidity with which they carry out all the relevant tasks. The only slight criticism I would have relates to the photographs of the property which I feel could be more appealing but this is probably quite pedantic of me! I have other properties, one of which I plan to sell next year &, providing all goes well with my current sale, I will list the next property with Ryan James' agency also.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
