Bought a property that was being sold through Ben Charles who where fab!
Wasn’t a straight forward purchase due to things out of everyone’s control but we got there in the end, Emma and the team where amazing from start to finish. So if your looking to sell or buy a home I would certainly recommend going with these guys!

This is the second time I’ve used Ben Charles, this time to sell rather than purchase. I’ve had an exceptional service from the team. Great communication throughout, they made the process so simple. I can’t praise Emma and Alison highly enough.
I sent an email enquiry at 8.30am, 10 minutes later Emma called, by 1pm Alison visited and appraised my property and within 3 weeks a tenant was spending his first night under a 12 month contract.
The fees we very reasonable but more importantly I trusted the service.
