BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I completed my property on the 16 th May and the keys were not posted out til 22 nd May. This only occurred when I called the office enquiring after my keys. All this time I was unable to enter the property. Upon receiving the keys this morning my colleague visited the property the keys did not even fit into the hole. They weren’t even the keys to the front door. I called the BP auction and their response to me was to change the locks!
I received no further assistance!
I wasn’t advised on any occasion that there’s no house keys which begs the question as to whether BP Auction did their due diligence of confirming that these were the correct keys.
Extremely poor service. Now I’m left on my own to pick up the pieces. I will not be using this service again.

This is the worst auction house I have ever come across. There are lots of people who have lost money and been scammed out of their honest earnings. Please don't try to buy any properties from them or you will be misled and scammed.
Also beware of any five star reviews as they are from their employees and associates.
