The agent who dealt with my property was very knowledgeable of the area. However, the price they suggested was obviously over the average which meant we had very little interest. After 12 weeks we only had 2 viewings. It was decided to take the property off the market after the property next door sold for much less. They offered a fair selling price percentage.
