Andrews is one of the first to join The Property Ombudsman scheme.

Over an eight year period, Opportunity Trust International received over £800,000 start-up funding from Andrews Charitable Trust.

CJC founds ActionAid.

The Andrews Charitable Trust (originally called the Phyllis Trust, after CJC’s wife) is founded.

CJC helped found the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) – the leading estate agency body in the UK.

Emily Davies has a very professional attitude. She appears to enjoy the process of visiting the property and listens carefully to the information about the property. Then with a good camera on a stand she produced very good visual material. She gave us an accurate price she thought it would sell it for and was able to find a buyer at this price within 2 days.

Andrew's have been very professional and accommodating. We were selling a rental property and they worked with the tenant to schedule viewings and agree a sale. All in all a smooth transaction plenty of interest generated from their excellent sales particulars and a confidence to get a sale price agreed near the initial valuation
