The call felt quite rushed, and I came away with the impression that there wasn’t much interest in helping with my enquiry.<br><br>It’s a shame, as I’m looking to build relationships with local agents for both current and future opportunities. Even if I’m not in a position to proceed with a particular property straight away, good customer service and a helpful approach would definitely encourage me to come back in the future.

He was straightforward and easy to deal with, and did a great job of keeping everything moving along. The end result was a sale I was very happy with, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
