A really positive experience from start to finish. The team were honest and friendly from the outset, and the process of getting our property online was quick and straightforward.
We only had a small number of viewings, but they brought forward two serious buyers and supported us in negotiating the best possible price. When things became tricky around agreeing a completion date, they were proactive in helping move things along and prevent our onward chain from collapsing.
Overall, a genuinely helpful and approachable team who made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I am posting this review as I’m truly at the end of my tether! I am supposed to be moving in 2 weeks and I truly have NO idea what is happening!! I have continued to ask but unfortunately, they are not answering…..
Initially relatively good in the advertising etc, but these are all the things that you expect from the client and sort of assume them to be good at, after all they’re selling the property on your behalf! With regard to the viewings, they were ok until they sent an agent that has never seen your property, had no brief from the seller, or even understood that the property even had a shed!
There is a distinct lack of communication, and I currently don’t have any idea if I’m going to be selling this property or not!!

We put our late parents house on the market through Matthew at Hattons Estate Agents, it has not been the easiest of sales for them or us, from struggling to get viewings then offers accepted and not going through, to where we are now with a firm sale, all the team have been amazing in keeping contact with emails, phone calls & meetings, as well as helping us with pricing, they also took on showing all viewings for us so we didn't have to be involved.
In a market that is flooded with a huge selection of properties similar to what we were selling they have tried every which way possible to get a buyer, which we are pleased to say has happened after the house has been on the market for 11 months.
We would like to thank Matt, Laura & Callum for all the work they have put in with helping us sell the property.
