They are a professional estate agency that keep you informed of the sale and also buying a property. Nathalia and Jason were great and very professional. Well recommended.

Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal advice

Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough—she truly made all the difference and we are so grateful for her today and always as now we are in our forever home.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

I have just sold my property through Jessica at Kearns residential and it was the most stress free , smooth , quick and efficient service i have ever encountered.
