Wow!
The Domus team in Wareham, Alison Owens and Trisha Ashby-Rudd, who succeeded in selling my property in Bere Regis were absolutely fabulous from the start to the end of the process. Realistic about the price to ask for and making everything work when I, the client, was beginning to despair. Selling a listed cottage in a conservation area turned out to be even more difficult than I feared it would be. But Domus worked the necessary miracles. I am one super happy customer/client.

Jon listened to our long list of wants and no-nos when we were first looking for a house and directed us to the wonderful cottage ear Wareham that is now our home. They helped chivvy things along in many helpful ways through the whole moving process, and were always fast and efficienct in replying to our questions along the way.

From start to finish the team at Domvs wareham have been great. It’s been a long road selling and buying but I wouldn’t pick another agent to do it with, Domvs have been fab. We are extremely grateful to Trisha, Shannon and everyone else in the Domvs Wareham office during the recent sale of our home in Lulworth. Our choice of estate agent was based on the clear and attractive way Domvs markets their properties, on what seemed like a fair valuation and on Trisha's friendly, confident manner when we first met. We weren't disappointed, coming to very much appreciate both Trisha and Shannon's consummate professionalism and calm personal reassurances all the way along the line. We were impressed by how well they managed to keep both us and our purchasers in the loop (always with a cheerful and positive attitude), which lead to a happy sale and a happy purchase. Whenever we had reason to call the Wareham Office, we found that Alison and John - or anyone else who picked up the phone - seemed to know our details and were quick to pass on any of our messages or concerns. The process of selling our property started in May 2022! We settled on DOMVS as our Estate Agent of choice, Trisha came along and the process started. We(DOMVS) finally completed on the sale of our apartment at the end of April after two abortive sales. During the sale process, Trisha even came to help me fill in some forms and gave up a Saturday to facilitate a meeting between us and our purchaser. Trisha is an absolute superstar who went above and beyond what you may expect from an estate agent and we can’t thank her enough. Additionally, Alison, who supported us & our sale whilst Trisha was on leave, was a superstar, always there to help and guide us, once again, we can’t thank you enough. Their practical guidance and humour got us through our protracted and wearing sale.
The entire team are trustworthy, kind, supportive, informative and nothing was too much trouble as they were always available to speak to and advise.
We also want to thank Tina, Jon, Louise and Gillian, an absolutely fantastic team and we would have no qualms about recommending them.

Finally putting finger to keyboard to review Alison and the team after moving late last year. Not only did Domvs secure a strong buyer for our house they also found our new property. This wasn’t something that could have been done on Rightmove, it required local knowledge, experience and connections. The service we received was superb and put many other agents to shame. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domvs and will no doubt use them again.
