The small Sandersons Wells team worked incredibly hard and professionally to sell our property in a difficult market. Alex Relf was our main contact but Kate and Sonja were always there on those few occasions when she was not available. Phone calls and emails were always followed up promptly.
Once a buyer was secured they and their colleagues in Kent persevered to overcome the peccadillos of the chain with patience and diplomacy.

Really good experience with all involved from Sandersons when making my purchase through them.
Kate was a great initial contact, offering lots of valuable advice about potential and the area.
Charlotte and Kerry then progressed the sale, which I felt was a good system, as always had a point of contact.
They were helpful, knowledgeable but also had a good sense of humour about the whole process.
Not a fan of flannel, and there was no sign of any of that nonsense with them.
