Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

28th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was a tenant of a propery managed by Oliver Minton for just over 2 years and throughout the time our experiences were only ever possitive. Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

They work so well as a team that everyone is well informed and each of them is equally able to assist with any queries. They work quickly and efficiently on everything they do which resulted in the speedy sale of our property at the right price. What more can I say!?

I had to chase them for viewers feedback and their marketing strategy was poor. The ladies in the office Megan and tulisa were lovely and toward the end of my contract they really tried their best to help sell my property and get viewers through my door

13th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
