Henry’s experience in selling homes shone through and he was a pleasure to work with. Bronte was proactive in keeping me updated, was always reachable and helpful, and provided timely responses to my many queries.

They have been amazing, so personal and responsive, and they have been all round an absolute pleasure to work with. We have been particularly impressed with their professionalism but also their customer service which has been exceptional. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

I cannot say enough good things about Mather Estates Agency. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. One person in particular who stood out was Hayley. She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Her patience and knowledge made the whole experience stress-free.
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? This brand and Sharon is SCAM!

They were both fantastic, informative and very supportive throughout the whole process, a process which was quick but thorough. Always available when I had a question to ask, If India was out of the office, Charlotte was there to assist straight away and visa versa. I would highly recommend William H brown if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you for such great customer service! ?

Wayne Foley and Brontë Sheridan are the people every business should want to hire because they are professional but more importantly (in my long winded selling case) proactive ! If it wasn’t for them, my selling process would still be dragging on for months. After dealing with another well-known brand where I constantly had to chase the agent myself, this was exactly the type of service that I needed, and at last my properties sold this week! Thank you guys !

Not only I think he disclosed confidential details that I mentioned to him to another agency, that's why I received some strange calls today but is full of himself and you can see from his behaviour that he's a ruthless person and will do anything for the sake of winning an extra penny. He is not using neither lawful nor ethical means of real estate tactics, he acts like a crook instead. He keeps on talking, looking so arrogant and superior to people, like he's doing you a favour only by talking to you. But he lies a lot, he thinks he knows everything when he knows the contrary. And he forgets that he makes a living with his actual/potential customers' money. I know most people are dishonest but he's one of the nastiest I ever met. And if you disagree or tell him something he dislikes, he doesn't even reply to your email anymore. I have met his son too who's an extraordinary person, polite and friendly and seems to be very knowledgeable, although he's very young. He should be the one running the business as he's got both ethics and morals, unlike the father.
