Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

It was not a straight forward sale but he team were attentive, pro-active and great with communicating. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to any prospective sellers in the area.
