9th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)My daughter and I attended IMove together with the Landlord's sister of the property that my daughter wanted to rent and were attended to by Bash. He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. 26th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Having a listed thatched property to sell was no challenge for Trivett Hicks Estate agents Ross on Wye who found us a suitable buyer and continued to see the sale through smoothly . Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.

25th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Paul has been absolutely amazing with helping us rent a property last Thursday, all photos were sent over and acknowledged for the itinerary of the property, we were given ample time to read and sign all paperwork, any questions we had were answered promptly, I would strongly advise to read all reviews as our experience has been first class. Thanks Paul
28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
27th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)We don't leave many reviews but selling your home as everyone knows is stressful , throughout the whole process James was professional, calming and and at every stage reassured us of the sales progression . On a personal note James is a lovely guy and is passionate about your property and property in general , he has brilliant local knowledge and he does the viewings himself which is critical as he becomes very knowledgeable about your home and you are not getting multiple people doing the viewings who aren't totally invested. We highly recommend James as your estate agent it's an easy five stars from us Paul & Carol ?????
